What is P90?

Tuesday, September 23, a BRAND NEW Tony Horton fitness program is coming out called P90!  That's right!  Tony Horton, you know, the creator of amazing workouts like P90X, P90X2, and P90X3?!! 
Complete details have not been released yet but I want to take some time to tell you everything I know about this new program.

What is P90?

Let me start by asking, have you ever tried, or maybe been intimidated by the P90X series?  It's a TOUGH program!  I have to admit, it took me a long time to make the commitment to P90X3 when it came out!   I was afraid to fail at it since I wasn't in the best of shape at the time.  So, while those are all fantastic programs, let's face it, some people feel like they are just not ready for something quite as intense.  Let me tell you....you are not alone in that thinking, hence, the creation of P90!   Tony Horton saw the need for a program, like P90, that was based on the foundational skills to advancing to a more extreme workout.  Sometimes starting out with an extreme fitness program without the common knowledge of the foundational skills pushes you over the limit.  P90 starts at the beginning, building core strength, stability, and correct form.  P90 is NOT a high intensity workout.  It is simple cardio and simple workouts, yet, extremely effective. Come on, do you really  think Tony Horton would release a product that is simple and INEFFECTIVE?  We're talking about the P90X guy! Definitely not!

How long is the P90 Program and what does it include?

P90 is a 90 day fitness program, separated in to three months (A, B, and C).  Each month you will progress to help you lose weight and get the results you deserve. It comes with 10 workouts on 4 DVD's including a BONUS P90X3 workout!  You can catch a glimpse of some of those workouts as well as the time lengths, below.  You can expect to spend an average of 25 to 30 minutes per day with this program and the moves are modified from day 1 so everyone can do the workout! 

In addition, this program comes with a simple nutrition guide called the "P90 Simple Kitchen." This guide was designed for the same type of person who will be tackling the P90 workouts - someone who doesn't have time (or want) to count calories, track progress on spreadsheets, or watch every single carb that enters your mouth!


Is P90 really for ANYONE?

P90 is for anyone at any fitness level and ANY age.  You don't have to be in great shape to complete this program.  You can be a beginner doing a fitness program for the first time, or you could be someone who IS fit but doesn't want to do something extreme like the P90X series. You don't need a hardcore workout to get great results and lose weight.  This program is exactly that!  If you are someone who wants to be in good health with daily exercise, good nutrition and an overall healthy, strong, energized life, then this program could definitely be for you!!

What is a Challenge Group?

It is a closed Facebook group where no one but the members of the group can see what is being posted.  We will begin with setting realistic goals, taking our before stats, learning  how to meal plan and prep and how to set yourself up for success.  Each day you will log in to the group to find a post of the day that includes anything from motivation, recipes, tips, meal plans, and more!  We will track our progress through checking in with the group and you WILL succeed!  I will be there every step of the way to keep you motivated and on track!  Seriously, what do you have to lose?!  Maybe a few bad habits and a few pounds?!  

The requirements of the group are that you purchase the P90 Challenge Pack through me as your coach.  With a new release, there will be a special promotional pricing; however, I do not have that number yet.  You will have access to all of the details to get the package once you complete and submit the application below.  Please Note: I  must be your coach and only my customers and coaches are allowed to participate in the group. 

Here's the catch....the program can only be purchased through a Team Beachbody Coach, like me, beginning on September 23.  It will not be released through the general Beachbody site until a later date.
